Returns & Refund Policy

At Women's Fashion Style, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Free returns

Returns are free for all orders delivered within the United States. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label, so there is no cost to you to send the item back.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, makeup, perfume or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@womensfashionstyle.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We will reply with your return authorization and a free prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent without a return authorization cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping is free on all U.S. orders, so there are no shipping charges to deduct from your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to make sure you get it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still need help, contact us at support@womensfashionstyle.com.
